Looks well-made. Nice 18/10 stainless steel.

Dimensions:

13 1/8" outer diameter (at the top)
12 5/8" inner diameter (at the top)
12 1/2" outer diameter (bottom where it mates with a pan/pot)
11" outer diameter (tapered bottom surface)

2 3/4" deep

Since the outer diameter of my 12" skillet is 12.5", I thought that this would hopefully fit (d'oh). Just thought I'd post a note about the sizing so that others won't repeat my mistake.
