Summary: Solid Rice Cooker for the Price 2010-03-08
Comment: Overall a great product.
I've had the cooker now for about a month. I've cooked several batches of brown rice and regular rice and so far each batch has come out well. It is a bit on the slow side when compared to a stovepot preparation, but the lack of mess to clean up afterwards and the warm feature creates a natural steaming environment for fluffing the rice, so that's a definite improvement to be sure. It also takes up almost no countertop space so you can tuck it into a corner and let it work it's magic. Wish it came with the steamer basket though. :( It seems this particular model variant does not include it.
My only complaint so far is the screw securing the lid to the lid handle has come loose and has required re-tightening a few times.
Otherwise, so far so good!

Summary: You Get What You Pay For 2010-03-01
Comment: I didn't expect longevity from a cheap rice cooker and I wasn't disappointed. A little more than a year after having this, some kind of coating is coming off of the pan. It's gross. I'm in the market now for a replacement and I'll make sure I get one that's better quality this time. However, this little rice cooker did the job fine for the money we paid. We use it at least once a week, sometimes as much as 5-6 times a week.

Summary: Great rice cooker 2010-02-27
Comment: I am very happy with this, my first, rice cooker. I have only used it a few times, and the rice isn't quite as fluffy as when I cook it on my stovetop (and it comes out, lol), but I'm sure I'll get that dialed in by either changing the amount of water, soak time, or the time I let the rice sit keeping warm. After using this rice cooker I am now even more skeptical of the high prices attached to other rice cookers. If it were to break a couple years from now, I would by the same one to replace it.

Summary: Excellent cooker! 2010-02-22
Comment: I was reluctant at first to purchase a rice cooker that was so inexpensive, but after reading other reviews, decided to give it a try. Well, to say the least, we are very impressed with this little cooker. The cooker delivers perfect rice each and every time, and aside form the slightly vague instruction sheet, we cannot fault this device at all. Well worth the money and a great addition to the kitchen!

Summary: Great little rice cooker! 2010-02-02
Comment: WE got this rice cooker a month ago, and have been using it like crazy. I love this little thing. Easy to clean, nothing sticks. IF it does, just a quick rinse in the sink, and it's good as new. Don't know why you'd want a more expensive one. This does everything you'd need. As long as your shopping for a small rice cooker, this is the only one you should consider,
