I don't know what I would do without this rice-cooker! My ethnic background is Asian-American so I have to have one, and though it's not one of the new "fuzzy-logic" cookers, it's wonderful! I can put rice in it to cook in the morning before I go to work, and it keeps it warm and fluffy all day throughout lunch hour and then for dinner. I definitely recommend this rice cooker.
