Panasonic SR-GA721 Commercial Electric 40-Cup Rice Cooker

I was very disappointed when the cooker arrived. I discovered that it needed a 220v outlet and that information was not clearly stated anywhere in the description of the product. I feel that I am entitled to a full refund including shipping fees.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I opened a quick service restaurant and purchased 3 of these pots. All 3 are shot 10 months in. The heating plate warped on all 3 causing the pot to wobble and stop the cycle from completing. They only have a 6 month warranty(probably because they know this is an issue), so I am out of luck.
