i love the price of this warming tray as compared to others, but when i bought it, i was disappointed to find that it just has one setting -- ON. and this setting is rather hot. i was hoping for a low-high switch.

I've been wanting a warming tray to complement my chafing dishes for quite some time; however, the ones I've seen were pricey. The price on this Oster model couldn't be beat. I bought two. I've used them once to keep pizzas warm at a party. I felt they worked well. However, I recommend that you put a note in front of it to caution your guests that it is hot, to touch. Unfortunately, I forgot to do that. Don't let kids near it. Otherwise, I think it's great. I'm pleased. I like the size too.

I was very excited when I found this tray and it seemed just the right size for not so much. However, I had to return it twice since it burned out. The first one died after about a week, the second managed to last couple of months. Save yourself the hassle with returns and do not buy it.
