We make lots of rice-I mean A lot!
I have a large family and we enjoy braised meat dishes and lots of stir fried meals all with rice accompaniment. Making rice was hit or miss most of the time until I got my electric rice cooker, now it is a cinch! Simply measure the rice, add water to the line, put lid on and press the cook button. 20 minutes later voila! Perfectly cooked rice.
