Though the thin-bladed, lightweight, stamped knives won't suit serious cooks seeking top quality, their blades are made of stainless steel, have durable polypropylene handles permanently bonded to the blades, and are dishwasher-safe. Blade edges have both microserrations and larger serrations and are touted as never needing sharpening.
