Designed for serious cooks, Cuisinart's MultiClad stainless pots and pans heat quickly and uniformly thanks to an aluminum core bonded between layers of 18/10 stainless steel. The core runs across the bottoms and all the way up the sides of the cookware to disperse heat evenly throughout food. The nonreactive interior layer is highly polished so it's naturally stick-resistant as well as resistant to discoloration and corrosion. A polished band just below each pan's rim handsomely accents the brushed exterior.
