Steam your way to better health! This appliance combines the traditional electric steamer with the circulating fan of convection cookers, thus relieving you of the need to stir or turn the foods during the cooking process. Cook everything in the large tray, or cook smaller, and more delicate foods in the smaller tray on top of the large one. There's even a separate rice bowl for cooking up to 2 cups of brown or white rice to moist perfection.

Equipped with a fan that circulates steam, this steamer cooks foods quickly and evenly, and it's big enough to prepare a healthful, family-size, balanced meal of protein, starch, and vegetables. The steamer includes two transparent steaming trays: The main tray holds 6 quarts and is oval-shaped to accommodate a whole fish or chicken and long items like asparagus. The second tray can be used to cook additional foods, especially those requiring less time. There's also a rice-cooking bowl large enough to hold 5 cups of cooked rice. Cooking is controlled via a touchpad panel that consists of a 60-minute timer with a digital readout and buttons to increase or reduce time, start, and stop. The water reservoir displays ideal cooking times for various foods. For easy cleanup, most parts are dishwasher-safe, and the fan detaches.
