Summary: Steamer Missing in the package.............. 2010-08-29
Comment: when i order the detail list of the item shown are four rice measuring cup ,rice paddle, steamer ,and nonstick rice bowl.... but when i order it i didnt receive the steamer. I don't know know if it is a mistake or a LIE from the seller, but overall it was horrible experience. Amazon should not allow sellers who LIE. Hopefully I will get my steamer or my refund. Please don't fool the buyers with false claims.

Summary: Doesn't do anything right 2010-07-30
Comment: These rice cookers with separate lids should be avoid. The moisture doesn't get trap so all the steam leaks out which cause the rice to burn at the bottom and raw at the top. My mom has a Tiger rice cooker that has an attached lid that traps in the moisture, cooks perfect rice everytime, doesn't stick, and keeps warm for days. This one? can't do any of that.

Summary: Its for $20 & you get what you pay for 2010-07-07
Comment: In just over 3 months of use the only one switch it has needs to be held down manually for it to operate. If you need for it to last an entire year, pay $80 for 4 of these toys. Either way, the rice sticks at the bottom (we expected that). The cleaning process is cumbersome (We expected that). The individual rice grains turns into rice cake (we didn't expect that). I still use it when I have no time to boil the rice the traditional way. I'm about to try chewing gum to hold it down.

Comment: This is a good product and everything works fine. Only problem is that the product display on amazon is kind of misleading. When you check the product on amazon, it shows that includes rice paddle, measuring cup and a seperate vessel(which doesn't include in the package).
I was expecting the vessel showing in the picture.
