Why do they mention 20 cups of cooked rice instead of 10 cups of rice??? They sell 11 cookers at amazon by titles of 10 cups & 20 cups... they all produce 20 cups of cooked rice. Why not just categorize them all by 10 cups? Also I haven't measured cooked rice... but very much doubt if it is 20 cups!
Another problem is, we Indians normally cook rice, rice:water = 1:2 ratio. So the cooker only cooks 6 3/4 of uncooked rice. The cups are based on measurement of a tea cup (6 fl oz) in Asia. So we Asians can cook only 6 3/4 rice!
Aroma is confusing the customers with all their models. The 10 cup models which produce 20 cups of cooked rice selling at amazon are- ARC-1010 SB, ARC-960 SB, ARC-940 SB, ARC-930 SB, ARC-900 SB, ARC-150 SB, ARC-1000, ARC-200, ARC-1260 F, ARC-730 G, ARC-790 SD-ING.

I use the rice cooker/steamer everyday. Easy to clean and versatile. You can cook a whole meal in 30 minutes. Great for college dorms.
