Bought this item in Jan. Worked fine for 4 months and it suddenly stopped working. Have tired contacting Aroma for a repair or replacement because according to website there is a 1 year warranty, both phone and email no responses.

I will never buy another product from Aroma because there is NO customer service.

I purchased this rice cooker for my small business in March, 2011. At the beginning, it worked well. But now in Nov. 2011, it does not cook rice well. It lasted only about 7 months. Now I have to buy a new one. Of course, I will not buy Aroma anymore...

We use this thing two or three times a day at our restaurant. We have two of them and they make perfect rice every time and are very dependable.
